Cutting-edge research into the Layer 1 network for Bangladesh: identifying vulnerabilities, mitigating threats, and exploring the ecosystem of applications that could run on top of it. The aim is to protect user data and build trust in the system at its foundational level.
Policy
Strategic policy advocacy to create a conducive regulatory framework for the network — working closely with government authorities, industry experts and academic institutions to design legal structures that enable responsible, effective integration of the technology into Bangladesh's digital landscape.
BanglaChain Academy
A nationwide programme of workshops, training and educational resources, introducing citizens to fundamental and advanced blockchain concepts. Built for students, professionals and community leaders, so every citizen has the knowledge and confidence to access and contribute to Bangladesh's emerging digital infrastructure.
Decentralized systems shift a share of responsibility from institutions to individuals: a person managing their own wallet or digital identity needs to understand, at least at a basic level, how keys, transactions and verification work. That's a general property of blockchain-based systems, not specific to BanglaChain.
It's also the reason the Foundation treats education as a program in its own right rather than an afterthought — informed participation is what makes decentralized infrastructure trustworthy in practice.
